PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ABOUT PACKAGING:

• All individual wrapping paper sheets come either ‘FLAT’ or ‘FOLDED’ - select your preference when adding to cart. Note: ‘FLAT’ sheets come rolled (and protected in an eco-friendly cardboard poster box) while ‘FOLDED’ individual sheets and gift wrap bundles will come in either a Foolscap box or eco-mailer bag depending on the size of order.

• If ordering ‘FLAT’ wrapping paper and other larger item/s (ie: calendars, to-do lists or prints) these may be sent in two packages if required to protect all items as well as accommodate wrapping paper length.

• Prices quoted above are for packages up to 3kgs within NZ and 2kgs internationally - any larger orders will be calculated at the time of shipping and I will reach out to let you know if there are any additional billing costs prior to dispatch. Most orders easily fit within these parameters - for example x20 sheets of wrapping paper fully packaged weighs approximately 1kg while x10 cards weigh approximately 250g.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ABOUT SHiPPING:

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address.

• Please make sure you select the correct shipping rate as we may otherwise have to contact you for an additional payment before items can be sent.

• Orders sent within New Zealand are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. North Island orders are then sent via NZ Post (Courier Post) with delivery estimated overnight. South Island orders are estimated to take 2 business days. Reach out if you wish to have something sent more urgently as I can arrange for an South Island Overnight courier (estimated: next business day arrival) for an additional fee. • All items sent within New Zealand are tracked. You will receive confirmation with tracking details once your items have shipped. Unfortunately once it leaves our hands we cannot control when it will arrive to your doorstep - any queries around expected delivery dates need to be directed to the courier using the tracking number supplied.

• All items sent internationally are sent using untracked economy airmail in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Delivery targets differ depending on destination and are a guide only, but are estimated between 1-3 weeks typically. • In all cases great care is taken with packaging your items securely, but once items have been shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser, with any refunds or replacements at our discretion. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, or products are missing please email hello@paperandash.com so we can look into it.
